Charlotte Millar

Chair

Charlotte is a freelance strategist and coach to organisations and leaders working on economic systems change. She has trained and coached over 100 organisations, helping them build the strategy, structure and culture they need to tackle economic systems change and actively dismantle oppression. 

Most recently, Charlotte was Co-Founder and Executive Director: Organisational Development at the New Economy Organisers Network (NEON). Prior to this, she co-founded the Finance Innovation Lab. Charlotte was previously on the board of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland, was Chair of Positive Money and used to be on the board of Public Interest Research Centre (PIRC). She’s twice winner of NESTA’s New Radicals award and was recognised in 2019 as one of the UK’s 100 most inspiring and influential women in social enterprise, and spotlighted as one of the top two women social entrepreneurs working on finance in the UK.
